Mapped a stalled requirements register against existing capability, then took the one genuine gap to product instead of building it.

Replaced per-customer tailoring with one reskinnable prototype and a fixed three-concept delivery that survived being handed off.

Designed applicant intake and agent workspace as one workflow, sequenced around identity because nothing downstream holds without it.

Collapsed five personas into three experience types, then argued for a third architecture neither party had proposed.
