About Me
I'm a product designer and strategist working on high-craft, systems-level design for complex enterprise platforms, in tight partnership with engineering, product, and executive leadership.
My path ran through platform delivery first — including early design on ServiceNow's CRM product across B2B and B2C requester and fulfiller experiences — before moving into customer-facing solution design. That shift sharpened both sides: intimate product knowledge, and the design thinking to turn it into elegant, context-fit solutions.
AI runs through both halves of how I work. I use it to accelerate delivery — Claude and Figma Make compress solution framing and prototyping on tight timelines — and I design for it, having helped identify and land the platform's first generative AI feature and continuing to study where these systems genuinely fit a product versus where they're decoration.

Sole design SME for 10+ global marquee accounts, turning around failing $10M+ implementations by framing low-customization solutions against the platform's baseline experience. Built the scoping methodology that replaced one-off customization with a validated core baseline — cutting engagement effort 75% and 4x-ing team delivery capacity — and designed the first unified digital licensing and permitting product in its space.
